The H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering of Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia invites applications for one or more non-tenure track faculty positions. The lecturer will be responsible for teaching and curriculum support in the area of industrial engineering. This is a one-year position with possibility of reappointment.
Candidates are expected to adopt innovative educational practices as they develop and teach undergraduate courses; advise and mentor students; and/or participate in local and external service activities. We are especially interested in candidates with expertise and strong teaching interests in statistics/data sciences/machine learning; applied probability/stochastics; and industrial engineering applications.
Applicants must possess a M.S. in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, or a related field, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
