Project Description
Piedmont Atlanta Hospital has grown exponentially over the past few years requiring re-assessments of space and amenities on campus to accommodate the increase in volume of patients, visitors, employees, and contractors on campus. This project will focus on the parking needs of the Piedmont Alanta Campus to include an analysis and recommendations for the current parking needs on campus, as well as forecasting future parking needs. There are three main parking decks (North, South and West). We are looking for assistance with compiling data housed in disparate systems (badge tracking system and HR systems, others) to understand how parking spaces are currently being utilized on campus. After determining the number of employees, contractors, and staff, we are looking for recommendations on how existing parking can be allocated to best serve employee and guest (patients/visitor) needs. Lastly, we are looking for the projected need for additional spaces to start planning and budgeting for additional parking needed on-campus.
