Project Description
Eggs Up Grill has 64 locations (3 in Alpharetta) with a plan to grow to over 200 by 2026. We want to maximize revenue per location for both existing and new franchisees and need to identify capacity constraints and evaluate options to relieve those constraints. Some of the variables to consider include store size, seat count, layout, staffing, and throughput time (time from placing order to delivery to the table). We also want to assess the impact of offering delivery and drive-through window options.
