~350 person aerospace manufacturing site. Our major product lines include the manufacture of ducting, seals, and couplings.

Project Description

Could be for Fall 2022 or Spring 2023.

The site here has many different value streams which are not optimized. We have conducted Value Stream Maps for many of these areas, but we would like to use simulation software to get a better understanding of bottlenecks, throughput, and opportunities. The simulations would provide a dynamic model for capacity of the different lines. We have the information to do this; however, we don't have the resources or bandwidth to complete the project.
