As we continue to grow, optimizing our inventory management system is crucial to meeting increased demand during peak seasons.

Project Description

LZRD Tech is experiencing frequent product stockouts, particularly with our football-related SKUs, due to unanticipated spikes in demand, manufacturing delays, and seasonal sales patterns. Our sales volumes surge between April and August, leading to challenges in maintaining optimal inventory levels across over 120 SKUs.



The company seeks to improve its inventory management processes by better forecasting demand, optimizing reorder points, and aligning our production schedules with sales seasonality. We aim to:

• Reduce stockouts during peak sales periods.

• Improve forecasting accuracy for seasonal demand.

• Streamline manufacturing and order fulfillment processes to reduce lead times and ensure timely restocking.

• Enhance SKU management for our extensive product line.
