Andrew is a Machine Learning and Optimization researcher at AI4OPT and a PhD student at the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech. Under the guidance of Dr. Pascal Van Hentenryck, his research focuses on the integration of machine learning, optimization, and their practical applications in control, energy systems, and sustainability.

Before pursuing his PhD, Andrew worked as a researcher in England for three years, focusing on strategic algorithmic operations in energy markets to support the renewable energy transition.
