Tianjiao Li is a Ph.D. student in Operations Research at the H. Milton School of Industrial and Systems Engineering. He is co-advised by Prof. George Lan and Prof. Ashwin Pananjady. Prior to joining Georgia Tech, Tianjiao earned his B.S. degree in Mathematics from Fudan University, China. He also earned an M.S. degree in Quantitative and Computational Finance from Georgia Tech. Tianjiao’s primary research interests lie in the design and analysis of optimization algorithms, with an emphasis on fast implementation and computational efficiency. Relevant applications are in the broad areas of machine learning and reinforcement learning. He can be reached at tli432@gatech.edu.
