Lawrence Sharp is the director of Information Technology at the Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech.

Sharp oversees the Information & Infrastructure Management Group. His responsibilities include involvement in daily computer support, generating a long-term sustainable approach to systems support, motivating new uses of technology, injecting cutting-edge technology into research and education within ISyE, and helping develop a longterm plan for the growth of ISyE relating to facility planning. He has been with the Stewart School since June 1999.
