About

Damon P. Williams, Ph.D. is a Senior Lecturer and Director of the Center for Academics, Success, and Equity in the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering.

Dr. Williams' teaching interest is centered on developing practical strategies for teaching to a diverse set of learners in large (50+ students) classes, and his research interest involves the development of analytical models to solve large-scale operational problems.

In his spare time, he enjoys going to church, playing softball, and traveling with his wonderful wife, Khalia, and his two sons, Thomas and Ethan.
