Himadri S. Pandey is a PhD student in Machine Learning at the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering, advised by Dr. Gian-Gabriel Garcia. She received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, with a minor in Mathematics and Physics, from the University of Cincinnati. Her research interests include the application of Machine Learning to healthcare optimization problems. She is currently working on the optimal allocation of baseline tests for concussion and designing a model to counteract the clinical onset of rapid deterioration in pediatric patients in collaboration with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
