Jyotishka Ray Choudhury is a first-year Ph.D student in the Machine Learning program at the School of ISyE, Georgia Tech. He is a recipient of the Ronald J. and Carol T. Beerman Fellowship, and the ISyE Beerman President's Fellowship, starting in Fall 2024. His primary research interests lie in the intersection of statistics, machine learning, and optimization.
Previously, he earned a Bachelor of Statistics (B.Stat) degree (with Honours) in 2022, and a Master of Statistics (M.Stat) degree (with Theoretical Statistics specialization) in 2024, both from the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata.
