Neelkamal Bhuyan is a Ph.D. student in Machine Learning at the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering. He is a recipient of the Stewart Topper Fellowship for the academic year of 2022-23. He is currently working with Dr. Debankur Mukherjee on Online Decision Making with Movement Costs. He completed the Bachelor of Technology (with Honors) in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay in 2022. His Bachelor Thesis was on Multi-Model Federated Learning with Dr. Sharayu Moharir.
